Day 22- What Always Makes Me Feel Better

The only thing I can think of which consistently makes me feel more at ease in almost any situation is a hot bath.

Other things that also help depending on the situation include:

Organizing something such as the garage, a closet ect.

Going for a walk or jog

Carbs, cheese, sugar

After a very stressful day of work I might stop in for a 20 min chair massage

A nap
